Water eliminates toxins and harmful substances from the body and cleans it thoroughly.12-14 glasses of water when drink on regular basis makes healthy and glowing skin. She thoroughly follows!
2.GREEN TEA :-
Green tea has plenty of antioxidants that cleans body and prevents the formation of free radicals in the body. It helps in maintaining youthfulness and freshness of the skin. She drinks Two cups of green tea on daily basis to get that natural beauty!
3. CLEANSING MILK :-
