Oriflame Director Seminar one of the prestigious event of the year! And for that, each and every consultant work hard to qualify it! It’s 3 days event in an amazing location of India and this year in 2018 they have decided to keep in Goa! When we heard this last year, we all went crazy from that time only! We as the Vibrant team has decided to take max participants from the club and we were 25 people this time who qualified this!
The days of the conference were 6th May to 9th May, after welcome party of 6th, next day on 7th May we had a Business day! On this day company is launching all new updates regarding Oriflame India and yes, we had that in Goa also!
“Home Swedehome” was a theme of the day!
Dr Shyamaprasad Mukherjee stadium which is quite far from all our hotels, was the venue of business day and as expected company has organised superb transportation from each hotel, we had many buses who departed well before time to reach the spot! And so we could reach at 10 am!
Total 1600+ leaders from all India, amazing energy and mesmerizing atmosphere! Truly the world-class event and our MD Mr Sergie Kanashin and whole Top management team has opened the Business day!
We had a powerful testimony of many leaders through which we all learnt many new things! Also, we had many new launches in operations, sales and in sales support!
During Digital session Oriflame has selected us to share our small testimony regarding the journey and here I have shared it! Yes, we know we have just started and there is still a long journey to go but at the same time we know we are on the right track, and one year down the line we can share more powerful results of our digital journey!
We had a new Top 15 India leadership council recognition as well in last! With so much energy and enthusiasm we have learned many new things during business day!
Truly international and world class, with that high energy we went to our hotels to take rest and to get prepared for next day Master class and Gala dinner!
